Abstract
In this article, the importance of integration in the teaching of history, the development of the professional competence of future history teachers based on the integrative approach, the specific features of the didactic process organized by the teacher in the interdisciplinary teaching of history, and its interdependence, the historical thinking and its role in the formation of specific knowledge, skills, and abilities in students were analyzed.
