Abstract

In this article, due to centralized states, the peace and tranquility between the clans and nations established in the country led to the development of mutual relations in all aspects. As a result of the rise of cultural life, the need for a common literary language arose in the country. Mahmud Kashgari, who deeply understood this need for national cohesion, created the work "Devonu lug'otit turk" as a response to it.
