The main concept of this research is based on identifying the importance of big data to transform dynamic management. In this modern era, organizations are focused on using big data into their systems for improving their business operations, taking possible actions to increase their profits and revenue. It is obvious that using big data to improve customer services, which is the main goal to succeed and increase profit, is very beneficial for businesses. Big data helps businesses change into dynamic management by enabling them to supply customised products to their customers and analyse consumer trends by keeping an eye on point-of-sale transactions and online buying.
