Investigating the Effect of Participatory Management on the Effectiveness of Durood Social Security Hospital Employees

Abstract

This research is titled “Investigating the Effect of participatory management on the Effectiveness of Durood Social Security Hospital Employees”, which is based on reviews of scientific texts and previous research. The investigated population is 240 people, among which hundred people were selected as a sample. The desired information was collected through a 30-question questionnaire. The frequency distribution Tables and column charts were used in the description section. The result shows that participatory management practices make employees more effective and, as a result, the organization's productivity. This result is based on the confirmation and positive results of the five hypotheses proposed in this research.
